This course was developed by the Mindfulness Association and consists of eight weekly sessions of 2 hours, plus one full day of practice. You will be given a course manual and a full set of recordings so you can practice the exercises at home in between sessions.
The course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to deepen their existing practice.
A drop in class open to everyone, from experienced practitioners to beginners. These sessions offer an oportunity to support each other with our ongoing practice. Each session consists of some guided practice and teaching as well as an opportunity to discuss our home practice and share ideas to support this.

For those who have completed an 8-week course (or have previous experience), silent practice days offer a rare opportunity to escape the hubub of our day-to-day lives. The day will consist of a range of guided practices as well as time for silent practice and reflection.
Cost £30 per session
If you do not wish to practice in a group, I also offer 1:1 sessions via phone, skype or face to face. This can be tailored to suit your requirements, from a one-off session to a full 8-week course.
I offer regular taster sessions which provide an experiential introduction to mindfulness. These can also be provided on request. Contact me for further details.
